Although most shops do not guarantee their products, at Helvethics your satisfaction is our business. We take pride in providing you — our customer — with exactly what you want. We guarantee to deliver high-quality products that look just like what you saw on our website. If the products do not match, if the garment or printing is flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, you may return your order for a full refund within 15 days of receiving the order. All we ask is that you notify Helvethics Support Team before returning your order so that we may accurately process the return.

Notice About Ink Colors

Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on the online art approval may not match the actual ink or thread colors screen-printed or embroidered on your garments. Helvethics is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request.

Garment Sizing

Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. If you need sizing information, you can reference our online sizing charts for more information. Helvethics is not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.

How to Request a Return

Return claims must be filed with the customer service department within 7 business days of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned in order to receive credit or replacements. Please email the Helvethics Support Team to process your return.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a Problem report by following the instructions in this video:

Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned – It is best to advise you to contact Helvethics before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Helvethics reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
